Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead the design, integrity, and scalability of our organisational structure and compensation systems.

This role blends strategic organisational design with hands-on operational execution across compensation, performance reviews, job architecture, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to balance structure, fairness, and business needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring organisational clarity, compensation accuracy, and alignment with Influx’s growth strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own organisational structure at Influx, ensuring it remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead job architecture and position descriptions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with workforce plans.
  • Drive workforce planning and organisational design, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate strategy into headcount models and structure improvements.
  • Oversee performance review operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous enhancement of frameworks and processes.
  • Manage compensation frameworks and salary adjustments, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Deliver compensation benchmarking and data insights, supporting strategic and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on structure, compensation, and performance processes with clear and transparent communication.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, in HR Operations, Compensation, or Organisational Design, ideally within a global or fast-scaling environment.
  • Strong expertise in organisational design and job architecture, including workforce planning and structure development.
  • Proven experience in compensation management, covering salary adjustments, benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and HR systems.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, combining big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and handle sensitive topics professionally.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working effectively with Finance, Recruitment, and business leaders.

Bonus Point/Preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or globally distributed company.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools or frameworks.
  • Background in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or workforce modeling.
  • Experience supporting or leading organisational scaling or restructuring initiatives.
