Influx is the "AWS for customer service." We deliver consistent, high-quality, 24/7 x 365 support for rapid-growth brands across SaaS, eCommerce, Consumer AI, and FinTech.
We are growing fast, our products and service lines evolve quickly, and we are ready to build out our dedicated Account Growth function. We’re looking for a pioneering, high-velocity Senior Account Executive to own our existing client base, build the playbook from scratch, and unlock massive expansion revenue.

What You'll Do (The Mission)
- Drive Expansion Revenue: Own the end-to-end commercial cycle for existing accounts, transforming transactional clients into deep strategic partnerships.
- Navigate Fast-Paced Product Shifts: Masterfully position our evolving service catalog (from human support teams to advanced AI agent integrations) to match client needs.
- Build the Internal Playbook: Partner with Delivery Directors and Service Delivery Managers to build a bulletproof pipeline generation process.
- Land and Expand: Navigate complex client organizations to build relationships far beyond the initial point of contact.
- Champion the Function: Track your pipeline (Hubspot, LinkedIn, Sybill) and report findings back to leadership to help scale the team.
What You Bring
- 3+ Years of High-Impact Sales Experience: Proven track record in Account Management, Upselling, or Customer Success within Digital Services, SaaS, CX solutions, or BPO.
- The "Pioneer" Mindset: You are highly adaptable. You don't need a rigid corporate manual to succeed; you enjoy iterating when products or strategies change.
- Commercial Instinct & Grit: You spot upsell signals early, understand recurring revenue models, and possess a natural ability to close.
- Masterful Communication: You know how to command a room, handle tough pricing conversations, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and—crucially—know when to listen.
