What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1 or above) and excellent English communication skills

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently

  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in Spanish/English

  • Communicate effectively via email and chat

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate support

  • Collaborate with your peers and manager to enhance customer experience
